A little help getting in.

How do I sign in or reset my password?

Use the secure sign-in link on this page with the adult email address used at checkout. If the sign-in page offers “Forgot password?”, follow its instructions. A password reset does not create an account or grant membership access. Never send us your password.

I used the wrong email, or my download email is missing.

Check the welcome email, including your spam folder, and try the adult email address used at checkout. If you entered a different address or the download email is still missing, contact support with the blueprint name, the email address you may have used, and your order reference if available. Please do not send passwords or card details.

Can I use a shared device?

If you use a shared device, sign out of your account when you finish and close the browser window. Avoid saving your password on a device other people use. Checklist progress on this page is stored in the browser and may be visible to anyone who uses it.

Will I lose my blueprints if I cancel?

Blueprints are a one-time purchase and never expire — there's nothing to cancel there. The bundle also includes 3 months of BiteSizeCommunity, continuing at $48.50/mo from month 4, locked for life; canceling that membership ends BiteSizeCommunity and the mastermind group; your three downloaded Blueprint PDFs and printables remain yours to keep. Access received only through an eligible Alchemy membership lasts while that membership is active.

I am already an Alchemy member.

Active Basic and Advanced members are eligible for all three blueprints. Please ask us to check your access before buying again. Membership eligibility must be verified; entering an email on this site cannot grant access.

How do I manage billing or cancel?

Single blueprint purchases have nothing recurring to manage. Bundle buyers' BiteSizeCommunity membership (3 months included, then $48.50/mo from month 4, locked for life) can be canceled any time from your account or by emailing help@bitesizelaunch.com — cancel before month 4 and you’re never billed. For any billing question, email help@bitesizelaunch.com and we'll help.

Can my child have a separate account?

The adult purchaser owns the account and billing. Children and teens work through the blueprints with that adult; a separate child account is not needed.

Where is BiteSizeCommunity?

BiteSizeCommunity, powered by Alchemy, opens Nov 1. Check your welcome email for the terms attached to your purchase. We will share access information when it opens.
