1. Who we are

BiteSizeLaunch is a doing-business-as (DBA) name of Figmints Delicious Design & Creative Marketing LLC, a Rhode Island limited liability company. The website bitesizelaunch.com and all products sold through it are owned and operated by Figmints Delicious Design & Creative Marketing LLC.

References to "BiteSizeLaunch," "we," "us," or "our" throughout these terms refer to Figmints Delicious Design & Creative Marketing LLC.

2. Digital products

Launch Blueprints are digital products delivered electronically. "Launch Blueprint" means a digital guide, its worksheets, templates, and supporting materials associated with a specific business type.

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your personal, family, or educational use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the materials without written permission from BiteSizeLaunch.

For single Launch Blueprint purchases, the digital files are provided for download. If a blueprint is provided solely through an Alchemy membership, eligibility ends when that membership does. The all-three bundle also includes community membership; see Section 3.

3. Bundle and community billing

The all-three bundle is $97 for the three Launch Blueprint PDFs and their printables as keep-forever digital downloads, plus BiteSizeCommunity and the mastermind group (community opens Nov 1) while membership is active. Membership continues at $48.50 per month starting 90 days after purchase and can be canceled at any time before then to avoid the first charge.

Canceling before the first monthly charge date means you are never billed. Anything marked "coming soon" (including the vending machine) is not part of the purchase and may change.

4. No refunds

All purchases of digital products are final. No refunds are provided.

If you have a problem accessing your purchase, email help@bitesizelaunch.com and we will work to resolve it promptly.

5. Purchases for minors

All purchases must be made by an adult (18 years of age or older). By completing a purchase, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

Launch Blueprints are intended for use by children and families together. An adult may purchase access on behalf of a minor. The adult is responsible for supervising use of the materials and for the minor's participation in any business activities described in the course.

BiteSizeLaunch does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through this site, contact help@bitesizelaunch.com.

6. Email consent

Email capture on this site is optional and appears in three places: the free guide page, the quiz results, and the newsletter signup. In every case, the email address must belong to a parent or guardian (18 years of age or older), not a child. We store submitted email addresses with our email service provider, which operates as our data processor.

Guide, quiz, and newsletter submissions do not trigger any automatic email today. Purchases trigger transactional emails for confirmation and related fulfillment.

You can unsubscribe or request deletion of your information at any time by emailing help@bitesizelaunch.com.

7. Affiliate disclosure (Amazon links)

BiteSizeLaunch participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites.

Blueprint materials may include links to specific products on Amazon.com. These links include an affiliate tag. If you purchase a product through one of these links, BiteSizeLaunch may receive a small commission at no additional cost to you. The commission does not affect the price you pay.

We only link to products relevant to the business described in the blueprint. Prices and availability shown in blueprint materials are illustrative and were checked at time of writing — verify current pricing directly on Amazon before making a purchase decision.

8. Limitation of liability

Launch Blueprints are practical educational guides. They are not legal, tax, insurance, or financial advice. You are responsible for understanding and complying with local laws, licensing requirements, insurance obligations, and any other rules applicable to the business activities described in the course.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BiteSizeLaunch and Figmints Delicious Design & Creative Marketing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the materials or your participation in any business activity described therein.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Rhode Island.
